life changes

It's official. My husband and I finally own property on the lake where we have been looking for many years. With this dream coming into reality, I'll be stepping back a little from my art commitments for awhile. It was so long coming that I want to give it priority for my time and energy.

    Congrats Barbara! I'm sure the picture alone doesn't show the beauty in front of you. Perhaps now you can paint the wonderful clouds and reflections right in your backyard :)

    Oh Barbara, congratulations to you both!! My family would always visit a variety of lakes for picnics when we were growing up in Washington. That used to be a dream of ours as well. Now, look where we live...in the Sonoran Desert! Which lake did you choose?
